Can’t sign in
Forgot your password? Use password reset to email yourself a reset link. Not arriving? Check your spam folder. After that you can Open een support-ticket.
Subscribing or changing plans
You subscribe on ohhi.nl in a regular browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). We don’t sell subscriptions inside the iOS or Android app — open ohhi.nl on your laptop or on your phone outside of the app to pick a plan. Your account works on both; the app picks up your subscription automatically.
To change your plan, cancel, or download an invoice, head to the billing page in the web app.
Deleting your account
The delete button is at the bottom of your profile page. All your photos and personal data are permanently removed within 30 days; after that, recovery is no longer possible. Save copies of anything you want to keep before you delete.

Questions about how we handle your data, access or erasure requests, or suspected data breaches? Open een support-ticket with category "Privacy / GDPR". We respond within 30 days, in line with the GDPR. Also see our privacy policy.
Reporting a bug or anything not covered here
Open een support-ticket from your account. Please describe what happened as concretely as you can, on which device (phone / laptop, iOS / Android / browser) and the steps that lead to it. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
