Can I try Ohhi for free?
Yes. A free account has 1 GB of storage to try out photos and video, and you can use it to view shared albums and post text updates, which stay free.
Do I pay monthly or yearly?
Either works. You choose monthly or yearly billing per plan; some plans only list a yearly amount, which is stated on the plan itself.
How many people can share one subscription?
One subscription is shareable across up to 6 accounts: you and 5 others, such as your family or friends. Photos and videos stay personal per account.
Does the phone backup count towards my storage?
Yes. What the phone backup puts into your private archive counts towards your storage, just like your posts; videos there count without streaming versions until you post them. The backup also works with a free account, but 1 GB is usually too little for the photos on a whole phone. If your storage is full, the backup pauses and carries on by itself as soon as there is room again.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, every subscription can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period; after that you drop back to free (1 GB). Anything above that is frozen and deleted after 30 days, unless you take out a subscription again. Prices include VAT.
