This is a translation of the original Dutch version. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch text prevails.
Ohhi is a private space for families and friends to share photos and videos. The safety of children on our platform is a priority, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Our commitment
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, endangers or abuses children is strictly prohibited on Ohhi.
- We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement.
Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or behaviour that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, report it to us at privacy@ohhi.nl. Please include a link or description so we can locate it.
You can also report CSAM directly to the relevant authorities: in the Netherlands to Offlimits (offlimits.nl), and internationally to NCMEC (report.cybertip.org).
How we respond
- We review reports promptly, remove content that violates these standards and take action on the accounts involved, up to and including permanent removal.
- We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by law and preserve relevant data for investigations.
Accounts of minors
Ohhi is intended for users aged 13 and over. At registration we check the date of birth; users aged 13 to 15 require verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before they can participate.
