How do you share an album with family and friends?
You invite people yourself and pick a role per person. Only the people you invite see the album; nothing becomes public.
An album on Ohhi is only visible to the people you invite. There is no feed, no discover page and no public profile; the invitation is the only way in. When you invite someone you pick a role for them, and you can always change that role later.
- A viewer sees all photos and videos and can react to them, but adds nothing and deletes nothing.
- A contributor can also add their own photos and videos to the album.
- An admin can invite people, change roles and tidy up the album as well.
Viewing along works with a free account. On every photo you can leave a short reaction or an emoji; there is no like counter and no algorithm deciding the order.
More background on the roles is in shared albums with roles and reactions. If a photo also shows other people's children, you can make their faces unrecognisable first with the free blur faces tool.
